AWFUL!!!

I have been a loyal customer of Woodstock CDJ until they closed. I thought I would bring my vehicle to Cherokee instead of making a drive to Palmer in Roswell. I had the unpleasure of working with Rob Slade. From the beginning I figured out this guy had no clue in automobile service and repair. It made perfect since when I found out he has been in the home mortgage business since college. I then asked to be switched to another advisor and i got Tony Smith. He is arrogant and lazy! It shows what kind of dealership this is that they call that guy a Service Manager!!! From now on I am driving to Palmer!!

I had my vehicle serviced here recently and I was treated very fairly. Their staff was very friendly and their prices were cheaper than the other dealership that I used before it closed. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I use to take my vehicle to one of the dealers that closed. Then I came up to Cherokee and their staff was very eager and polite. They made my transition for the other dealer seamless, and if I knew they were up there before, I would have been taking my vehicle there the whole time. A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!

I have used this dealer for all my truck wark and they have been nothing less than perfect. They treaty me like part of there family and welcome me with open arms every time. I have never had this type treatment at any dealer before. I am very happy they are not closing and will remain there to service my truck. Thanks Guys

I took my vehicle to the dealership for service and have never been treated so bad.... Tim, Rob and Tony are the most arrogant group I have ever taken my car to.. I had my car checked in by Tim. He never called me about what was going on with my car. I tried to call him numerous time and only got his voicemail. Still no call back. I finally went to the dealership to confront him.. He then said oops I'm sorry here is your RO it was under all these others. Maybe if the guy would clean his desk he wouldn't lose his customers. Spread the word! I will not be back.
